CCUK Networking Day at the University of Bradford

The Global Cosmetics Cluster (GCC) is pleased to highlight an upcoming initiative led by our member, Cosmetics Cluster UK (CCUK), in collaboration with the University of Bradford.

This full-day networking event will take place on June 25, 2026, and will bring together professionals from across the cosmetics and personal care ecosystem, including industry representatives, researchers, academics, and students.

A Day Dedicated to Collaboration and Innovation

The CCUK Networking Day aims to foster exchange and collaboration between industry and academia, while showcasing innovation opportunities within the cosmetics sector.

Participants will explore key topics shaping the future of the industry, including sustainability, scientific innovation, skills development, and career pathways in STEM.

The event will provide a platform for meaningful discussions and knowledge sharing, strengthening connections across the UK cosmetics ecosystem and beyond.

Throughout the day, attendees will engage in sessions covering:

  • Women in STEM and career development in science and innovation

  • Industry case studies and entrepreneurial journeys

  • Cosmetic science education and apprenticeship pathways

  • Innovation and research collaboration opportunities

A networking lunch and a guided tour of university facilities will also offer participants further opportunities to connect and explore technical capabilities in analytical services, polymer science, and measurement technologies.

This event reflects the ongoing commitment of CCUK and the University of Bradford to support innovation within the cosmetics industry by encouraging collaboration between businesses, researchers, and future talent.
